2026 Season Sharing Program
As one Manchester Catholic Community, we will be providing meals for both MACC and Adopt-a-Social Worker families for Thanksgiving.
For the Thanksgiving food drive we will be collecting grocery cards and the following food items: Stuffing, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, gravy, canned broth, canned yams, apple sauce or canned fruit.
For Christmas we will be collecting grocery cards and store cards (Walmart and Target preferred). More information on our Christmas drive will be coming out soon.
Because MACC’s deadline for receiving food and gift cards is very early in November and December, our drives will be earlier than usual:
For Thanksgiving: Sat., Nov. 7 from 9-Noon for holiday meal items and food cards
For Christmas: Sat., Dec. 5 from 9-Noon for gift cards and before Masses at St. Bart’s on Sunday, Dec. 6
Thanksgiving Food Card Drive on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9-Noon – Two Locations:
- St. James Parking Lot – Collecting holiday food and food cards
- St. Bridget’s Parking Lot – Collecting holiday food and food cards
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not able to participate in our food drives, donations can also be made to our Seasonal Sharing program on-line or via parish envelope. You can also deposit food cards/gift cards in any of the parish collection boxes or drop them off at the parish office (please indicate they are for Seasonal Sharing). If you have any questions, please contact George Hirko at 860-559-1730 (hirko510@gmail.com) or Dianne McPherson at 860-614-7240 (mdimack52@outlook.com).
We look forward to working with you to make this year’s Seasonal Sharing Program a success.
